Our team, www.logotip.kz, is a division of the IT company www.xrm.kz. We don’t just create logos, websites, and automation systems. We build solutions that help businesses operate, sell, and grow.

Our journey began back in 2003. Over the years, we have gained experience not only in design and development but also in real business processes: ERP implementation, business automation, project management, and working with entrepreneurs across various industries.

Since 2007, we have been involved in website design and development.

Since 2010, we have specialized in logo design, brand identity, and visual solutions. Behind us are years of experience, hundreds of completed projects, and a deep understanding of how businesses should work — not only externally, but internally as well.

Since 2024, we have been actively developing intelligent automation and digital assistants for businesses. We create Telegram bots and WhatsApp automation solutions that help companies automate sales, customer support, lead processing, request handling, internal operations, and communication with clients. For us, this is not a separate service but a logical continuation of our long-term expertise in business automation.

Our approach differs from the traditional agency model.

We intentionally chose not to build a large office and a complex structure designed mainly to sustain overhead costs. We operate with a compact and flexible model. This allows us to remain efficient, make decisions quickly, and avoid passing unnecessary expenses on to our clients.

The core work is led by a specialist with more than 20 years of experience in IT, business automation, and digital projects. When needed, an extended team of experienced professionals joins the project to quickly scale according to its requirements.
